Dr. Carlos Yu, BMath, MD, CCFP(EM), FCFP, CTH
Dr. Carlos Yu is a family, emergency, and travel physician at Ajax Harwood Clinic with over 35 years of clinical experience.
He graduated from the University of Western Ontario and completed his residency at North York General Hospital. His work has spanned clinical practice, medical education, and the development of group-based care models.
His interests include EMR development, integrating technology into healthcare, and exploring new approaches to mental health and awareness in clinical settings.
Dr. Maria Yu, BSc, MD, CCFP, FCFP, CTH
Dr. Maria Yu is a family and travel physician at Ajax Harwood Clinic.
She graduated from the University of Western Ontario and completed her residency training at the same institution. Her interests include travel medicine, women’s health, and medical education.
She is known for her thoughtful approach to patient care and, outside the clinic, for making an excellent beef stew.
Dr. Ian Watson, BSc, MSc, MD, CCFP, FCFP, CTH
Dr. Ian Watson is a family and travel physician at Ajax Harwood Clinic.
He graduated from the University of Toronto and completed his residency training at the University of Toronto. His interests include medical education and patient-centered care.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family and hiking.
Dr. Vivian Lo, MD, CCFP, CTH
Dr. Vivian Lo is a family and travel physician at Ajax Harwood Clinic.
She graduated from the University of Western Ontario and completed her training at the University of Toronto. Her interests include medical education, research, and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
She is also known for bringing a light and human touch to everyday life.
