A typical group session setting
Ear acupuncture is a simple and widely used approach for supporting mental health, stress, and emotional regulation. These group sessions follow the NADA protocol and are offered in a quiet, shared environment.
In addition to in-person sessions, we also offer a simple online format based on subtle sensation awareness (sometimes referred to as Anapana), which explores the same underlying process through direct attention rather than acupuncture.
Many people attend to support anxiety, sleep, mood, or a general sense of overwhelm.
These sessions are offered at Ajax Harwood Clinic in Ajax, Ontario, and are open to individuals across Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area.
A quiet space to sit, reset, and reconnect.
These sessions combine ear acupuncture with a shared environment of rest and reflection.
No prior experience is needed.
You’re welcome to begin in whatever way feels natural.
Each session is simple and unstructured.
You arrive, get settled, and receive a set of small acupuncture needles in the ear.
Most people then sit quietly, rest, or simply notice what is happening.
Afterward, there may be an opportunity to share observations, though this is always optional.
There is no pressure to talk, perform, or achieve anything.
Some sessions are experienced through ear acupuncture, while others are explored through simple awareness practices online (subtle sensation awareness). Both approaches point to the same underlying process.
