When the Clinic is Closed
If you are unwell outside of clinic hours, please use our Patient Access portal. Urgent requests are flagged and reviewed as a priority — you will hear from us as soon as the clinic opens, and for truly urgent concerns, the on-call physician is notified directly.
Submitting through the portal keeps your care connected to your chart and your physician — rather than being seen by someone who doesn't know your history.
